Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tubes, components, and hardware are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our North Carolina headquarters using a carrier that provides tracking services.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
